Life works in mysterious ways. And for Kimmy Smith and John Atkinson, this could not be truer.
Kimmy and John dated from 2017 to 2022, but after those five years, they decided that time and space apart from dating each other was needed.
Today, they continue to remain cherished friends. John knows how amazingly special Kimmy is. She is a shining light in this world and is someone with such a great, well-rounded personality.
Kimmy is smart, beautiful, compassionate and athletic (although she prefers fielding ground balls with her feet!). She is nonjudgmental and brings out the best in everyone as well.
For John and so many others, Kimmy is just a blessing in their lives who they are super grateful for.
“Kimmy has a beautiful smile and eyes that light up a room,” John said. “She has a personality that makes her so much fun to be around. She is a hard-working teacher and a very dedicated mom. Kim has a heart of gold; she is independent and tough as nails. She values quality time and romance. She is an amazing athlete and a great listener. Kim appreciates holding hands and dancing together in the kitchen.”
Kimmy is an exceptional mother on top of everything else, and that is one of the many things John admires about her. She makes Joshua, Ray and Nathan’s lives as great as can be, and she is just always present in their lives.
“Kim is a very hard-working, fully dedicated single mom of three children,” John said. “She drives the kids to all their extracurricular activities and showers them with love and gifts. She helps them with their homework and school projects without hesitation, and for as long as it takes into the night. Kim provides her children with a nice home and nice neighbourhood to live in, where they can feel safe and secure, as well as loved. The house is always well stocked with their favourite foods.”
Kimmy wants to provide for her children and help them live the best lives possible, and she proves that firsthand all the time.
Kimmy wants what is best for everyone else all around her as well. She loves to live life to the fullest, as her infinite number of memories with family and friends proves. There are way more than can fit on a page or two, and that just goes to show how much better life is when you have Kimmy Smith in it.
“We value each other very much,” John said. “She has honestly helped me become a better version of myself, and I will always be grateful.”
No matter what stage of their relationship they are in, Kimmy will always be there for John, and vice versa. She is the one person he can always count on to love him unconditionally and be a friend as well. He loves her so much, and that will never change.
“I want to wish Kim a very wonderful and happy birthday. She may be turning 50 years old, but she looks and she feels so young. I am very proud of her in so many ways. I am looking forward to the future and I am looking forward to watching her reach her personal and professional potentials and achieving her dreams.” – John
