‘We’re All So Lucky’: Anyone who says they are not glad to have Cindy Roberts in their life is lying

In the Roberts family, they have never gone without anything. Whether you want to talk about love, trips, learning experiences or anything else, the family matriarch, Cindy, has always come through.

In her free time alone, Cindy enjoys planning trips and vacations. She puts a lot of hours into researching and finding the best place to stay that will give the family the most bang for their buck.

During their solo years of marriage, Cindy and her husband Rob went on many trips around the world. They have been to Scotland, Ireland, England, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Tahiti and more. They love to travel, and when they had their sons, Shane and Jake, they loved getting them involved in their trip planning.

They are not just a traveling family, though, as the Roberts clan is all about being close to one another. They have learned the importance of keeping your family together from Cindy, as she has always had a family first mentality. She would do anything for her husband and children, and she would do anything for the rest of her loved ones as well.

“As my wife and I first started our marriage, and when all grandparents and parents were alive and well, it became known that my wife had lived a very ‘charmed’ life with so much good in it,” Rob said. “The woman, the wife and the mom she became was a direct reflection of this.

“From me observing her life early in our marriage, I used to say that the absolute worst thing occurring in her life was the day someone told her that Santa Claus is not real. She still lives in the spirit of Christmas and always is the inspiration to fully decorate and celebrate with family. Christmas means a lot to her.”

Husband. Sons. Christmas.

These three things are all things that Cindy cherishes. She loves them all in different ways, and she also lives her life to the fullest. According to Rob, Cindy’s life is something so many people strive to have, as her life is as precious and perfect as can be.

As a wife, Cindy is very supportive. She cares so much about Rob, and ever since he met her while working at a restaurant in Cardiff, this “endearing” woman has been the light of Rob’s world. He could not imagine life without Cindy, and that is because she is outright amazing.

Cindy’s sons could not imagine a better mother either. They both look up to her and know she is the best there is. She has been their rock and their supporter through her positivity and role modeless.

“She means the world to me,” Shane said. “She is the kindest, most thoughtful person I know, and she made me the person I am today.”

Cindy has a lot to be proud of, as she raised her boys to be strong, independent adults. They both treat their better halves the right way, and that is all thanks to seeing the relationship between their own parents.

Not only that, but Cindy has also been a constant in Shane and Jake’s lives. She is there for them in times of need and times of success, and they know they can always count on her to be there for them just as she always has been.

“Cindy was the stable force at home, while I worked many long hours throughout a long career,” Rob said. “Cindy was so good at enriching our two boys’ life experiences by having them engaged with so many fun things, such as San Diego Zoo visits, and beach and museum visits. She was a volunteer parent in our sons’ elementary school and participated in helping their teachers teach the kids.”

Cindy stayed present in her kids’ lives, as she was as hands-on as can be. She even monitored their school playground during recess and received hugs from her boys on a daily basis. They both loved how involved their mother was, and they know she is still heavily involved in their lives to this day.

She has always been a shoulder to cry on and a listening ear to Shane and Jake as well. Cindy had a way of engaging with her sons like no one else could, and she showed them the power of positivity and love.

Cindy also spent a lot of time teaching her boys so many other things as well, and they have taken so many of these lessons with them to this very day.

“Mainly she has taught us to be loving and kind to others and making sure we work hard at whatever we are doing,” Jake said.

Hard work. Determination. Compassion.

These three things are three of the infinite personality traits Cindy possesses. She also treats her husband right and is a confidant to many, and she is very much appreciated for everything.

“As her husband of nearly 34 years, she is one of the most loving and trustworthy people I have ever met,” Rob said. “We both have melded our lives and worlds together like a glove. She picks up where I drop, and vice versa. We both have lived our lives out to be a great example for our two boys that shows them how to have a respectful and loving relationship.”

Rob will tell you his boys are going to make excellent fathers one day in their own right because of what they learned from their mother. According to Rob, “She has helped paint the legacy for the next generation through her devotion and actions.”

Cindy is amazing all the way around, and her people do not take this for granted.

“They set the ideal that I strive for in my marriage,” Shane said. “Being wholly devoted to each other and being each other’s best friend. Her qualities pair perfectly with my dad’s, and they make a great team.”

For Rob, being Cindy’s other half is easy to do because of how amazing she is. She is easy to love, and he cannot imagine a world without her in it.

A lot of people all around Cindy cannot imagine life without her either. She is a great friend and someone who people count on to be there for them.

“She is very kind and caring and knows how to talk to people,” Jake said. “She is good at making friendships and having fun.”

Cindy loves people and she loves life. She has a whole lot of joy in her heart, and she is very compassionate and heartfelt. She is genuine in her ways as well, and not a single person who knows her has a bad thing to say about her.

Cindy Roberts is just a flat-out incredible person and a true inspiration. She makes an impact, and she is loved by all.

“We exchange our feelings for each other every day, sometimes multiple times per day, so there will be nothing new here. Often, when giving thanks in my life, I have verbalized that I am so appreciative of marrying ‘up’ in life. Cindy makes me a better man and father, and I think and believe I am the luckiest guy on earth because of her.” – Rob
