Nation’s #1 New Mom: Laurie Adams Sanchez has unsurprisingly taken the mothering world by storm, setting unprecedented bars for all future moms

In the past, when people have talked about Laurie Sanchez, they would always talk about how amazing she is as a daughter, sister, aunt, wife and friend. She was someone who people would admire for being so selfless and always being there for others.

Then, she had a daughter, and everything changed. It did not change for the worst, either, as Laurie stepped up to the plate and took motherhood to new heights.

That is why Laurie has won the Best New Mom Award, as she has been something of a mothering sensation this year. She makes being a mother look easy – even though it is anything but – and all moms, new and longtime alike, can learn a thing or two from the award winner.

Whether you want to attribute Laurie’s amazingness as a mom to being raised by wonderful parents in her own right or seeing her sister set the bar with her two kids, or whether you want to attribute this all to Laurie’s outright amazing personality, you would not be wrong. She has a lot of experience watching other great parents, but it is not surprising that Laurie took what she has witnessed and ran with it either. She is a truly tremendous parent who would do anything for Sylvie.

Of course, with being a tremendous parent comes great responsibility, and that is something Laurie is more than okay with. She loves having the responsibility of being a mother, and she certainly loves being a role model of independence and strength for her daughter at such a young age.

From her work ethic to her big heart, there are many things that make Laurie who she is, and it will only continue to bode well for her daughter.

“She is caring, works hard, has so much love for our daughter, thinks of everything, and she is smart and passionate,” Laurie’s husband Scott said.

The number one reason why Laurie won the Best New Mom Award is because she is willing to make the sacrifices for Sylvie. It does not matter what Sylvie needs at what time of day or night, Laurie is there for her in a heartbeat. She is a comforter and a nurturer, and this is something Scott knows Sylvie will grow up to appreciate.

Laurie is a pillar of support and the anchor of the family, and this in turn makes her a wonderful mother.

“Laurie is super caring with our daughter and thinks of everything we need to do,” Scott said. “She is overly prepared for everything, and it shows.”

Laurie also loves listening to music and spending time with the family dog, Clark. She enjoys watching sports and hanging out with friends as well, and she is even a trivia fiend.

To her, however, Sylvie will always be the number one priority, and that shows in the best way possible. Laurie is constantly proving to be a way-more-than-capable mother, and she has been dubbed the nation’s number one new mom because of this.

“She has far exceeded my expectations for what a good mom is, and that I’ve learned how to raise a kid because of her.” – Scott
