During these uncertain times, it is important that we keep our heads high and keep working toward our goals. When life gets you down, it can be very easy to stay down, or you can have the tenacity of a young child.
In the video below, a father and daughter a working on a cheerleading routine. The daughter makes a mistake and gets hurt, which could easily lead her to give up and walk away. Instead, her father encourages her, tells her how she can change the outcome and kisses her boo-boo.
This guy is so encouraging to his daughter when they're practicing cheer stunts. What a great dad! 👏

It can be very easy to get discouraged when something like this happens, but when you have someone on your side like this little girl’s dad, we can get past our mistakes and be better in the future. It is important to have people like this dad in our corner, as sometimes all we need is a little encouragement to know that we can learn from our past and strive for the future.
