Hardworking mom puts family first

There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that Michele Shearer’s family loves her unconditionally, and that is because she is the root of their happiness. She has always been there for everything in their lives, and she is the most loving, compassionate soul in their lives.
To her husband Jim, Michele is intelligent, attractive, sensitive and his adventure buddy. They have gone on many adventures and trips together, and he is grateful for her.
He is grateful that Michele brought three amazing sons into the world with him, and all three of them know how much love and support they have received from their mother each and every day. Owen, Andrew and Miles know they are all direct results of their mother’s love and nurturing.
“She means the world to me and has been an example of how to lead your life,” Andrew said.
Michele taught all three of her sons how to be strong, independent and kind gentlemen. They have all reached for the stars and set great goals for themselves, and that is because their mother has always encouraged them to be the best.
She has also encouraged them to treat other people the way they want to be treated. That is the way Michele has always lived, as she has lived her life by example.
“My mother means the world to me,” Miles said. “She is the most caring person I know. She’s always making sure everyone feels appreciated and loved.”
Michele wants everyone to know they have someone in their corner and someone who is going to support them, and she is not afraid to be a friend to the masses.
She also loves being the one her boys call up in times of need and in times where they just want to hear their mother’s voice. She is a friend and a confidant to them, and she will always be their mother.
In fact, Jim said his wife has always been their boys’ number one supporter and the one they can rely upon. She took care of them and was always tending to their needs. She also kept them involved in extracurricular activities and church, and that has a direct correlation to the great young men they are today.
“She’s very organized and a great leader with the kids,” Jim said. “She has great ideas for things to do with them. Michele was all about education and learning experiences. They took trips to DC and met our senator and looked at the monument and checked out all the museums.”
Educational and hands-on experiences is what Michele has always been about. That is probably why she enjoys things like camping and hiking as well. She has a great sense of adventure in general, and she definitely likes to live life to the fullest.
Michele is also all about remaining grounded and being true to yourself. Her morals and values are strong, and they have rubbed off on her family.
“She has taught me to always tell the truth, take responsibility for my actions and to show respect for others,” Andrew said. “Life is not necessarily fair, but no situation is unsolvable.”
Life is what you make of it. While it might not always be fair, you can still see the good in life. Michele has a certainly a glass half full mentality toward life, and that has led to her positivity and overall love of life.
She is also never afraid to try new things or to love other people to the fullest extent, as mentioned before.
“She has taught me many things, but most of all to stay curious and enjoy learning and trying new things,” Miles said. “She has taught me compassion for others. But most of all, she has taught me the truest meaning of love.”
Michele knows what it takes to love people, and she proves this time and time again.
“She’s taught me that sometimes you have to be a little more out there than you’d like to be,” Jim said. “Take on new challenges even though you don’t want to. What life presents you, you have to take. You can have a great plan, but plans always change.”
Life throws you curveballs and puts obstacles in your way, but how you face them tells a lot about who you are. That is why Michele Shearer is considered to be such an amazing person who is one of the good ones. Her family loves her for this, and they are super grateful for her.
