Shh… Don’t tell anyone about Cindy Sestito’s secret identity.
By day she is a supermom and by night she is a Russian spy. Or at least that’s what she used to tell her kids growing up.
Growing up with Cindy as their mother, Dominic (27) and Meredith (24) have many great memories to reflect on. From the times Cindy danced in Macy’s to all the times she whipped their butts in board games to the numerous times they went on vacations to the beach, Dominic and Meredith are grateful for all the wonderful times spent together as a family.
They are also grateful for the amazing woman their mother truly is. She is a light in their lives, and they try to live their lives like her the best they can.
“She is very, very positive and cheerful and kind,” Dominic said. “She is smart and admirable. She exudes love and kindness. She is funny. She has so many friends and is great at maintaining those friendships long-term. She is fun and spontaneous.”
All in all, Cindy is just a great person to be around. Her kids are drawn to her, and so are many other people.
Through all the opportunities she afforded to her kids, they have not only grown a true appreciation for their mother, but they have also learned many things along the way. From the importance of staying loyal and committed to the importance of living an easygoing life, everything Dominic and Meredith are today is because of their mother.
“She taught us everything,” Dominic said. “Mom taught us how to make it in the world, and also independence and putting yourself first.”
Cindy has also shown her children how to treat others, and that is because she is a great example of a true friend. She is there for others at all times, and the love she pours into people is amazing.
“I admire so much about my mom,” Dominic said. “I admire her kindness, her ability to maintain long-lasting friendships, her heart and her ability to radiate love. And also how smart she is.”
Everything about Cindy is special, and that is why she is such a beloved person. She is appreciated by many, and her family and friends are glad to have her in their lives.
And although her children are all grown up now, that does not stop Cindy from being the nurturing, loving mama bear she has always been.
“What makes her a wonderful mother is how much she tells her children that she loves them and actively shows it,” Dominic said. “She has always put us first.”
It is always going to be Dominic and Meredith first and everything else second… well, that is until Cindy becomes a grandmother, at which point this might be bound to change.
“Mom, I just want you to know you are the best mom ever and everything I can ask for in a mom. You’re always there as the most supportive person in my life and you always remind me that you love and care about me. You taught me kindness, respect, intelligence, honesty and so many other great qualities. I hope someday I can be as good of a mom as you were.” – Meredith
