Amazing Leader: Adina is the glue that holds the Cavallini house together

Adina Cavallini is all about inclusion.

When it comes to others, she wants to make sure they all feel included. She does not like to see anyone left out. This bodes especially well in her workplace, as she is a nurse, and she is definitely a caring one at that.

At home, Adina is all about getting her kids involved in things. She loves to be there for them and to be their beacon of support, and she also likes to make sure that they know how important family is. Family is everything to Adina, as are her children.

“She teaches them the importance of family,” her husband Michael said. “When we go to visit family, she reminds them that family is important. She’s always putting family first. Whether it’s them coming to visit or us going to visit them. She’s just making sure family is around for our kids to understand that.”

Of course, the most important family is the family in your own house, and Adina certainly emphasizes this. She pushes her kids to get along with each other and to treat their siblings with kindness, as they are some of the closest friends they will ever have in life.

She also encourages them to be themselves and to explore new things. If they get involved in sports, Adina will be their biggest cheerleader. And if they get involved in something like music, she will always show up to cheer them on in that regard as well.

Speaking of which, Adina and Michael are all about hypotheticals and looking forward to the future. That is why they are so focused on building such a strong foundation for their children even now.

“She’s the real leader of the family,” Michael said. “Adina takes care of the family. She constantly does for us. She puts herself second too much. That’s the true caring of her.”

Michael and the kids would not be the same without Adina, that’s for sure.

“She is kind and supportive,” Michael said. “She takes care of the house and the children better than anyone else could. She is an amazing person to talk to, and it feels great to be in her presence. She’s the most amazing woman I have ever met, and I can’t thank her enough for everything that she does for us.”

Adina is the amazing leader within the Cavallini household, and Michael knows that Caleb, Alexander, Vincent and Lincoln are all much better off because of her.

Michael knows a whole lot of other people are better off because they have Adina in their lives too. She loves so much and she works so hard, and this is evidenced time and again.

“The way she takes charge and takes care is amazing,” Michael said.

Adina just has a great big heart, and she certainly loves others unconditionally. She is there when you need her most, and she is trustworthy and reliable.
